What information this site gathers, how it's put to use, and what it doesn't do. Last revised September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The quote form gathers gender, birth date, self-rated health, tobacco status, desired coverage amount and term. These responses go to the carriers' quoting service to return rates; this site doesn't save them. Getting quotes doesn't require your name, address, phone or email. If you ask for the exact same rates again, a brief cache might serve them without hitting the service a second time.

Applying

If you decide to apply, your answers populate a secure application run by the carriers' platform, and you continue under its own privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed insurance agency (License 0B75129), supervises applications.

The contact form

The contact form accepts your name, email, an optional phone, how you'd prefer contact, a topic, and your message. We forward it by email to the agency; your email becomes the reply-to address. This site stores no copy, no submission database and no message record. A quick browser-side anti-spam check happens before sending.

Measurement

This site tracks page views with first-party, non-cookie measurement running from this domain. No tracking cookies or local identifiers are stored; your IP address is masked before recording; query strings in links are removed; logs are erased after ninety days. Browsers sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals skip tracking entirely.

What we do not do

We don't sell, trade or share personal data, use ad networks, or integrate third-party analytics. The only outside code is the carriers' application platform on the apply page, which only loads if you visit.
